The Outdoor Adventure tour takes place at our private reserve in the heart of the Sierra Madre, approximately 6 miles south of Puerto Vallarta.

Yes! You will be rappelling down waterfalls and you will probably get dirty or wet during the hike as part of the adventure.

We recommend long shorts or pants, a t-shirt and comfortable, closed-toed shoes. Please bring a change of clothes and shoes so that you can change before returning to Vallarta. You’ll be able to store the dry clothes in a locker at the base camp.
Is the mule ride difficult and what if I’ve never ridden before?
The mule ride is easy and takes about 25 minutes to get you through the forest to the first zip line. You’ll receive full instructions at the beginning of the tour but experience is not required. The mules go at an easy pace and they make for an easy ride.

For safety reasons, we don’t allow cameras on this tour. We want our guests to be focused on their guides and safety at all times. If you do bring your camera, you can store it in one of the lockers at the base camp.
