Our order process is designed to provide customers with an easy way to request services for their event. Simply fill out the contact form, remember to specify all the services you need, and an event specialist will contact you to confirm and reserve your order as soon as possible.
Step 1 - Browse our Catalog
Explore our extensive inventory and discover the right products for your style and type of event.
Step 2 - Select your Rentals
Make a list of all the items you want to receive pricing information and submit it.
Step 3 - Submit Contact Form
Your order will be on its way to one of our rental specialists, you will hear from us again as soon as possible. We usually take no more than 24 hours to answer your request.
Step 4 - Confirm & Reserve
An event specialist will contact you to confirm and reserve your order. If you have additional questions, be sure to ask them, we are always ready to help you make this process easy.
Step 5 - Delivery & Return
You have the option to pick up your order at one of our locations or we can deliver to the event location. The same options are available for returning rentals.
